SRB Programs Administrator

The SRB Programs Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for the SRB Adult Division, RB Studio Company & Trainee programs, all SRB Summer programs, the Education Department’s social media accounts, and other SRB Satellite programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Main contact and administrator for the Adult Division, overseeing all schedules and enrollment, and handling all aspects of Mind Body;
• Coordinates all Summer Programs such as the Summer Intensive, day camps, and satellite camps;
• Creates Education Social Media calendar, content, and posts on social media with approval from the School Director;
• Serves as the main contact for the RB Trainee & Studio Company Program and handles all administrative support such as agreements, daily schedules, work-study schedules/ materials, and ushering assignments;
• Handles all SRB marketing elements such as schedules for ads, materials, website updates, and budget;
• Handles all Ballet Birthday Parties agreements, coordination with staff and Trainees, and any other details;
• Coordinates and schedules all Pre-School programs with Pre-Schools and staff, handles contracts, and helps identify new pre-schools each year;
• Acts as the main contact and administrator for Master Classes;
• Knowledgeable in Studio Director & Mindbody;
• Serves as Community Studios Liaison;
• Helps backstage at The Nutcracker and SRB End of the Year Performances
• Participates in weekly SRB staff meetings, RB staff meetings, and monthly Education Dept. meetings;
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are within the scope of the job.

Education/ Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of previous customer service and administrative experience
• Prior dance/theatre experience preferred
