What is your favorite aspect of working at Richmond Ballet?
I love the environment. I enjoy being around artists in all facets of the organization. Everyone channels their inner strengths and also somehow brings the best out of other employees. Both artists and athletes constantly challenge themselves and never settle for less than the best and that’s what I continue to strive to do everyday.
