Have a fairy tale birthday! Enjoy a Cinderella, The Nutcracker, or The Sleeping Beauty themed party with a special performance by a ballerina and a fun movement class for your guests. Parties are for girls and boys ages 4-10.
Our Ballet Birthday Parties include:
– private party held in the Richmond Ballet state-of-the-art facility
– 45-minute studio session with two ballerinas who lead participants in a warm-up and movement class, demonstrate dances from the theme ballet, and invite party participants to dance roles of various characters using costumes and props provided by Richmond Ballet
– 45-minute party room session, set up for present opening, birthday cake, and refreshments
– pointe shoe and Richmond Ballet party favor for birthday girl or boy
Standard Package: $325.00 (1 ½ hours)
- Up to 10 party participants ($10.00 charge per additional participant, up to 15 max.)
- Please note: ‘party participants’ are any children taking part in the activities provided by Richmond Ballet, including siblings
Premier Package: $400.00 (2 hours)
- Includes Standard Package with up to 10 party participants ($15.00 charge per additional participant, up to 15 max.)

PLUS: one 30-minute craft project (making personalized pointe shoe or other theme-based project) and Richmond Ballet party favor for each party participant
For both party packages purchaser is responsible for:
– providing any refreshments (cake, drinks, snacks, ice, etc.)
– providing all paper goods needed (plates, napkins, cups, utensils, etc.)

Saturday: 2:00-3:30pm (Standard Package)
Saturday: 2:00-4:00pm (Premier Package)
Parties are available September through May, and all dates are subject to availability.

Reservations can be made as far as 3 months in advance. A non-refundable $75.00 deposit (made out to Richmond Ballet) is due at the time of reservation, and the full balance is due two weeks prior to the party date. Cancellations made less than two weeks from the party date will be held responsible for the full balance.
