At Richmond Ballet, our mission is to awaken, uplift, and unite human spirits through the transformative power of dance. In support of this vision, we are proud to offer a new community ticket program designed to make ballet accessible to more individuals: Ballet for All.

Ballet for All is a special initiative that provides up to 600 free tickets to select performances of The Nutcracker each season. With the help of generous support from corporate and individual sponsors, we can offer these tickets to local nonprofit organizations that serve individuals facing financial or other barriers to attending live performances. Through this program, Richmond Ballet seeks to foster a more diverse and inclusive community of dance patrons, while providing transformative performing arts experiences to those who may not otherwise have the opportunity.

WHO CAN APPLY

Local nonprofit organizations that serve individuals unable to attend the ballet due to financial or other challenges are invited to apply. Organizations may request up to 25 tickets.

HOW TO APPLY

Applications for Ballet for All are due by October 21, 2024. Organizations will be notified of their application status by October 28, 2024, and selected organizations will choose from a list of available performance dates. To apply, please complete the online application.
