Know Before You Go
Late Seating Policy
Please arrive on time (or early) for the safety of our dancers and to ensure the best viewing experience for your fellow patrons. Richmond Ballet and Dominion Energy Center strive to start all productions on time. Late-comers will not be seated in their assigned seats until there is an appropriate break in the performance, as determined by the staff. A live stream of the show will be provided on TV screens in the lobby to accommodate all late-comers. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
The Will Call kiosk is located at the corner of Grace and 6th Streets, just under the marquee and opens one (1) hour before showtime.
A variety of drinks and snacks are available for purchase at multiple bars before and during most shows. Cash and most major credit cards accepted.
During Nutcracker season, take advantage of the opportunity to shop for amazing holiday and ballet-themed gifts
