OUR COMMITMENT

• Working with partners for ongoing DEI training and support across the organization.
• Born out of our work with The Equity Project, Richmond Ballet’s internal DEI Task Force, established in 2018, is comprised of staff and board members tasked to strategize, implement, and uphold systems and processes within the organization that are just, equitable, and inclusive.
• Viewpointes, a web series showcasing diverse voices from within our organization and community.
