Professional Company Auditions
Richmond Ballet welcomes applicants who strive to present and evolve the art of ballet with utmost integrity. Specifically, we look for dancers who demonstrate strong classical and contemporary technique, a dedicated work ethic based on passion and discipline, and an understanding of mutual respect and cooperation. We are seeking dancers with a mastery of dynamic movement qualities capable of inspiring and captivating audiences.

Video Auditions
If you are unable to attend an in-person audition, video auditions will be accepted. We ask for you to upload your audition video via the Audition Pre-Registration Form, which will be available November 1st. If technical issues occur, then feel free to send it to auditions@richmondballet.com and include the following materials:
- Resume (including contact information, height, age, citizenship, training, and performance experience)
- Headshot
- 2-3 full body dance photos
- Video links which include performance footage and a classical variation (performed on stage or in a studio)
