KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
PLAN AHEAD
Be aware that other downtown events and festivals often use the lot across Canal Street for parking. Attendants may also be directing visitors to the surrounding areas for street parking. Please plan accordingly.
Late Seating Policy
Please arrive on time (or early) for the safety of our dancers and to ensure the best viewing experience for your fellow patrons. Richmond Ballet strives to start all productions on time. Late-comers will not be seated in their assigned seats until there is an appropriate break in the performance, as determined by the staff. A live stream of the show will be provided on TV screens in the lobby to accommodate all late-comers. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
Will Call
Will Call, located at the Richmond Ballet Box Office on the first floor of our building at 407 E. Canal Street, opens one (1) hour before showtime.
Concessions
A variety of drinks and snacks are available for purchase at the Ballet Barre before and during most shows. Cash and most major credit cards accepted. Concessions are currently not available.
ACCESSIBILITY
For patron assistance, advance reservations are encouraged to ensure the best possible experience. Please call the Richmond Ballet Patron Services Office at: 804.344.0906 x224.
Wheelchair Access
Dominion Energy Center, Richmond Ballet Studio Theatre and classrooms are accessible to patrons who use wheelchairs. Most restrooms and water fountains in all facilities are wheelchair accessible.

For performances in the Studio Theatre, an usher can meet patrons who need assistance at the elevator.
Service Animals
If you or someone in your party plans to attend an event with a service animal, please inform the Box Office when purchasing your tickets so that we may arrange for an aisle seat.
