Tanya Dolphin earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and MBA from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining Richmond Ballet, she served as an accountant at Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young), NYC Internal Auditor at International Paper, and Grants & Contracts Accounting at Virginia Commonwealth University.

What is your favorite aspect of working at Richmond Ballet?
Being part of a team working together to create a beautiful product.

EVERYthing — love RVA!

What hobbies or activities do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Walking, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute @ UR, travel.
