Mikell Graf, a Jacksonville, FL native, began her training at Florida Ballet Conservatory and Saltmarsh Dance. In the 19/20 season, Mikell danced in Atlanta Ballet’s trainee program. She has also trained at Royal Danish Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Paris Opera Ballet, and Boston Ballet over various summers. In 2020, Mikell began her professional career at Florida Ballet. During three years as a dancer with the company, she performed featured roles in ballets such as Telmo Moreira’s Firebird, Roger Van Fleteren’s Cinderella, Marius Petipa’s Don Quixote, Mauro Bigonzetti’s Songs, and George Balanchine’s Valse Fantaisie. Mikell joined Richmond Ballet in 2023, performing works by Ma Cong, Young Soon Hue, John Butler, and Ben Stevenson. After one year as a Company Apprentice, she was promoted to the main company this season. When Mikell is not dancing, she is pursuing a BS Degree in Business Administration at the University of Florida.
