Annika Kuo began her dance training at American Repertory Ballet in New Jersey. In 2022, Annika graduated from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee with a BFA in Contemporary Dance. During her senior year, she joined BalletX as their 21/22 Dance Fellow. The following year, she joined the company, where she spent two more seasons. During this time, Annika had the opportunity to perform works by Matthew Neenan, Justin Peck, Nicolo Fonte, Jennifer Archibald, Jamar Roberts, Amy Hall Garner, and others. She also had the privilege of dancing with BalletX at the Vail International Dance Festival in 2023 and The Joyce Theater in NYC. She is proud to be the cover photo for the Joyce Theater’s Fall ‘23/Winter ’24 Season. Annika joined Richmond Ballet in 2024 and since then has performed works by Ma Cong, Val Caniparoli, Jorma Elo, Trey McIntyre, and more. This is Annika’s third season with Richmond Ballet.
