Tekhylon Armour
Company Apprentice
Tekhylon Armour was born in Fort Wayne, IN. He started his training at the Auer Academy of Fort Wayne Ballet, studying under the tutelage of Karen Gibbons-Brown. After graduating in 2022 and training at American Ballet Theatre’s Summer Intensive Program, Tekhylon spent a year in the Fort Wayne Ballet Trainee Program, performing in classical ballets such as Swan Lake, Giselle, Dracula, and works by Gerald Arpino and Edward Stierle. Since joining Richmond Ballet’s Studio Company in 2023, he has had the opportunity to perform Ma Cong’s Crash, Calling, and Ershter Vals, Ben Stevenson’s Cinderella, and John Butler’s Carmina Burana. Tekhylon was promoted to a Company Apprentice at the conclusion of the 2025/2026 season and is elated for the season ahead!
