Mikell Graf, Jacksonville, FL native, began her ballet training at Florida Ballet Conservatory and Saltmarsh Dance before joining Atlanta Ballet’s trainee program for the 2019/2020 season. She has also trained with the Royal Danish Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Paris Opera Ballet, and Boston Ballet. Mikell began her professional career with Florida Ballet in 2020, where she performed featured roles in works by Telmo Moreira, Roger Van Fleteren, Marius Petipa, Mauro Bigonzetti, and George Balanchine. Since joining Richmond Ballet in 2023, she has performed featured roles in ballets by Ma Cong, Val Caniparoli, Andrea Schermoly, Young Soon Hue, Jorma Elo, Ben Stevenson, and George Balanchine, among others. Mikell holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing an MBA at Northeastern University. She is honored to continue her fourth season with the company, sharing her love of dance with Richmond audiences.
