Kathleen Maccio Holman is a member of the Board of Trustees of Richmond Ballet, the State Ballet of Virginia, and an administrative alumna from the early years of Richmond Ballet as a professional company.

Mrs. Holman has joined Richmond Ballet as interim Executive Director after retiring from Davenport & Company LLC, where she served as Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer, and was a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

A native of suburban Detroit, she holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana, and previously was registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Association, holding licenses Series 7, 63, and 24.

A life-long devotee of community outreach and service, Mrs. Holman previously served as a Literacy Volunteer of America, a reader for the Virginia Association for the Blind, and on the Board of Directors of The Richmond Forum, Read to Them, and the Virginia League of Planned Parenthood.
