Kathleen Maccio Holman, Executive Director, joined Richmond Ballet last year after having retired from Davenport & Company LLC several years earlier. At Davenport, she served as Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer. Kathleen was a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee and was registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

A native of suburban Detroit, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana. A life-long devotee of community outreach and service, Kathleen has served on the Richmond Ballet Board of Trustees and was an administrative alumna from the early years of the Richmond Ballet professional company.

Previously, Kathleen served as a Literacy Volunteer of America, a reader for the Virginia Association for the Blind, and on the Board of Directors of The Richmond Forum, Read to Them, and the Virginia League of Planned Parenthood.
